CDLC is a Christian preschool that runs from September to May. Children must be at least 3 years old by December 1 of the school year for which they are applying.
A $65 non-refundable registration fee for half day sessions or an $85 non-refundable registration fee for all day sessions is due at the time of registration.
To complete the online registration you will need the following information:
- Child’s physician’s name, address and phone number.
- Child’s dentist’s name, address and phone number.
- Name, address and phone number for two local emergency contacts.
- Medical insurance provider and group number.
- Dental insurance provider and group number.
- Date of your child’s last DTP vaccination.
- Credit card to pay the registration fee.
